Fox Wander West HOA is the home owners association in the State of New York, Saratoga County in the Town of Malta(12020).The Fox Wander West Homeowners Association is located within the Luther Forest subdivision. The 494 homes it serves are located on Arrowwood Place, May Apple Way, Pennyroyal Road, Scotch Mist Way, Teaberry Place, Wineberry Lane & Woodmint Place.

The Fox Wander West HOA Committee process is underway. We currently have four committees, Governance, Nominating, Esthetic Review, and Trails.

Bear Sightings
Several Homeowners in Fox Wander West have sighted what seems to be the same yearling Bear in our neighborhood. The Board of Directors contacted ENCON in June and received information from them on precautionary measures to be taken when dealing with a Bear. That information is included below for Homeowners to follow:
Luther Forest Neighborhood Wide Garage Sale
Fox Wander West will be participating in the Luther Forest Neighborhood Wide Garage Sale from Friday June 26th throuigh Sunday June 28th from 9 to 4 each day. All Fox Wander West Residents are inivited to participate on any or all days. Many thanks to Patty Kolberg and Nancy DeNofio for their organizing efforts to make this possible.

In honor of the passing of our past President, Larry Lieberman. A Lilac Tree has been planted at the start of the Boulevard on Partridge Drum, just past the Mayapple/Arrowwood intersection, may He Rest In Peace.
Fox Wander West Annual Meeting
Fox Wander West Annual Meeting will be held at the Malta Town Hall on Monday July 13th at 6PM at the Malta Town Hall. Two Candidates are running for Board positions, Malcolm Ford and Joanne Ropelewski have been placed on the ballot for consideration. Any additional qualified Homeowners can be nominated from the floor prior to the election taking place at the Annual meeting.

For the many interested, the Town of Malta Planning Board uses a GOOGLE Pin System to note local development and land

Volunteers Needed!!!
We are pleased to annouce 14 Homeowners have stepped forward to volunteeer for Committees. There are other vacancies on our four committees. You may choose which committee you wish to volunteer on based on your interest and amount of time you wish to commit to. The Declarations committee, ECR or Aesthetic Committee, the Trail Monitoring Group and the Nominating Committee all have different needs that range from monthly meetings to simply walking the Trails as you normally do and reporting your findings.
