Fox Wander West HOA is the home owners association in the State of New York, Saratoga County in the Town of Malta(12020).The Fox Wander West Homeowners Association is located within the Luther Forest subdivision. The 494 homes it serves are located on Arrowwood Place, May Apple Way, Pennyroyal Road, Scotch Mist Way, Teaberry Place, Wineberry Lane & Woodmint Place.

The Fox Wander West HOA Committee process is underway. We currently have four committees, Governance, Nominating, Esthetic Review, and Trails.
We are once again looking for any Homeowners who would like to get involved in their community. Anyone wishing to

New Board Elected-ISO New Secretary
Fox Wander West HOA Board now includes: Larry Lieberman, Joan Salvi, Dan Patterson and Mark Nistico. Unfortunately, The Secretary had to step aside due to personal and Health Issues. The current Board has had to conduct business with four Members rather than the Five Members required in our By-Laws. A new search is underway and anyone interested may contact any Board member or through Contact us on this site.

Volunteers Needed!!!
Your Board of Directors is not only in need of a Secretary to fill the vacant Seat, there are many vacancies on our four committees. You may choose which committee you wish to volunteer on based on your interest and amount of time you wish to commit to. The Declarations committee, ECR or Aesthetic Committee, the Trails Committee or the Nominating Committee all have different needs that range from monthly meetings to simply walking the Trails as you normally do and reporting your findings.We currently have less than ten Homeowners helping out in a Neighborhood of 494 Homes.
