Fox Wander West HOA is the home owners association in the State of New York, Saratoga County in the Town of Malta(12020).The Fox Wander West Homeowners Association is located within the Luther Forest subdivision. The 494 homes it serves are located on Arrowwood Place, May Apple Way, Pennyroyal Road, Scotch Mist Way, Teaberry Place, Wineberry Lane & Woodmint Place.

The Fox Wander West HOA Committee process is underway. We currently have four committees, Governance, Nominating, Esthetic Review, and Trails.

Fox Wander West HOA Board now includes: Larry Lieberman, Joan Salvi, Dan Patterson and Mark Nistico. Unfortunately, Jean Johnson has had to resign as FWW Secretary due to personal and Health Issues. A new search is underway and anyone interested may contact any Board member or through Contact us on this site.

Constuction Update
The recent construction of the Trooper Barracks caused a detour through the first entrance of our neighborhood and left construction signs in multiple locations. In speaking with the contractor at the site, the signs will remain lying on the ground until the replacement occurs in approximately four to six weeks. We may see another detour at that time for a day or two while the paving is completed.
