2024: From Sentry Mgmt.
We wanted to reach out and remind owners that the governing documents of the Association requires all owners to submit an Exterior Change Request Form
to the Board of Directors for review and approval prior to the completion of any exterior work. This would include items like: Tree Removal, Exterior Painting,
Roof Replacement, Window Replacement, Door Replacement, Driveway Replacement, and Shed/Structures in view by your neighbors. Contact the Board at
our Contact Us page for any assistance.

What You Need to Know About Removing Trees
Before making plans for removing one or more trees, it's extremely important to first determine whether those trees are located on your property or in the common area. This will determine your next steps. You can find instructions on how to determine your property lines here
If the Tree Is Located on Your Property
Before removing trees located on your property, please submit a completed Exterior Change Form to the Fox Wander West HOA. The HOA will review your application and respond within 30 days. If any trees pose a clear danger to your property, please note this in your correspondence and we will work to expedite the process. Once your application is approved, you may remove the trees at your own cost.
As a general principle, the HOA will grant most requests. However, as it is our duty to maintain the character of our neighborhood within a managed forest, we may oppose requests that make substantial and irrevocable changes to the property, such as clearcutting.
If the Tree Is Located in the Common Area
The Luther Forest Corporation owns all logging rights to trees in the common area. Unauthorized removal of any trees from the common area is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action by the Luther Forest Corporation. Should one or more trees in the common area pose a hazard to your property, here are the steps to have it/them removed:
